“Viator sent us an "E-Ticket" to present at the venue (Barcelona Cathedral). We arrived 10 minutes early, but there was no one from Viator (or their Operator) there. Cathedral staff had no record of our booking. I contacted Viator via email for refund. They replied that they had sent us the E-Ticket, so they had performed their contracted obligation. Refused to give us a refund. Past dealings with Viator have always been good, but this one was more than disappointing. Will probably not use them again.”
